1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the LARAH website and all related services. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products & Services
All products are subject to availability. LARAH reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice. Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes only and actual colors may vary.
Customers are responsible for following all application and care instructions. LARAH shall not be liable for damages caused by improper use of products.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of pricing errors, LARAH reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders.
Orders are processed only upon payment confirmation, except approved Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
LARAH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing. Customers may request cancellation prior to dispatch.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, product designs, and text, is the exclusive property of LARAH. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LARAH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to allergic reactions, misuse of products, or delivery delays caused by third parties.
8. Force Majeure
LARAH shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or courier disruptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used press-on nails, opened beauty products, sale items, and discounted products are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify LARAH within 48 hours of receiving damaged or incorrect items and provide clear photographic evidence.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by LARAH.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit may be issued.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may extend during peak seasons.
2. Delivery Estimates
Sri Lanka: Estimated 2–5 business days.
International: Estimated 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping thresholds may apply.
4. Delays
LARAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other external factors.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
1. COD Availability
COD is available only within Sri Lanka.
2. Order Confirmation
All COD orders must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
3. Payment at Delivery
Full payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.
4. Refusal of Orders
Customers who refuse confirmed COD orders without valid reason may have future COD privileges restricted.
5. Returns
Returns of COD orders are strictly governed by the Return & Exchange Policy.
